Are you, or is a student you know, the 2017 YOUNG ANIMATOR OF THE YEAR?

ANIMATION DINGLE is an annual event each March that comes together to celebrate the best Animation Features, Series and Shorts that the Irish and international Animation industry has to offer. The 2-day animation festival is a major component of the Dingle International Film Festival (Dingle IFF), running jointly alongside the main event for the last 4 years, and is now established as a core component of its screenings, speakers and activities. Students gain opportunities to present their work and seek professional advice on what steps they should take next to break into this highly exciting and vibrant global industry, an industry where Irish companies sit proudly at the forefront, and encourage attending students to be the next pioneers of our profession.

Listed as ‘One of the top Not-To-Be-Missed events in the World’ by Animation Magazine, Animation Dingle is attended by all the major animation colleges and studios within Ireland, along with delegates from Disney, Amazon, RTÉ, CBBC, CBeebies and many more.
